Office of The Board - Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:
Provide sevice to BOD and BOD relate to provide information, report and analysis, BOC Committee Handling

•     Develop policies, procedure and guidance describing job and responsibility and also ensure BOC, BOD receiver support in complying to governance policies
•     To assist the Board in collectiong all requested information and to provide necessary review and necessary review and analysis
•     Ensure a smooth communication and coordination among BOD, BOC and Committee member
•     Arrange the rolling agenda as well as the schedule of the meeting, including the committee meeting
•     Arrange the incoming letter and report to be circulated including to identify the important matter

Requirements:

•     Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
•     At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position or at least 2 years experience in Finance/Accounting
•     Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
•     Full-Time position(s) available.
