Enterprise Card Management System – System Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Assist business team to perform end to end analysis of the current system inclusive of identifying the manual processes and system gaps for preparation of Business Requirement in relation to replacement of current Cards Management System
- Analyze current system capabilities and translate into Business Requirement as the baseline of the new system
- Assist Maybank Singapore/Brunei, Maybank Philippines Inc and Maybank Bii in preparing their business requirements
- Discussion with IT and vendors in identifying automation process with existing system which need to be incorporated into Business Requirement
- Champion discussion with business units in identifying system gaps and wish list for consideration to be included in the Business Requirement
- Able to promote idea in addressing current process or system gaps
- Finalized and consolidate Business Requirement for final submission to selected vendor
- Attending discussion with identified vendor and able to explain and assist vendor in understanding our Business Requirement
Requirements:
- Has at least 5 years experience in Cards Business
- Must possess at least Degree and above, finance, banking, business or any other related field
- Has knowledge on CardLink system with know how the end to end operation of a Cards Business
- Aware of standard SDLC process and has experience in handling project, performing User Acceptance Test, preparing end to end business requirement
- A good team player and able to work in a fast pace environment
